To answer that, the experience took to the road with ‘Reflections of Tu’ &#8211; a sleek, silver airstream designed to make a statement in the high-footfall city locations of Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester and London. Fitted out in modern neutrals and mirrored finishes, the mobile installation created a backdrop for self-expression, inviting visitors to quite literally see themselves in Tu.
Inside, guests explored a curated capsule edit of Tu’s latest collection, styled and guided by fashion expert Grace Julia Clarke. QR codes and digital displays ensured a seamless “browse and buy” journey, connecting inspiration with instant purchase.
Interactive moments were designed to deepen engagement and encourage self-reflection:

Attendees were encouraged not just to shop but to connect, reflect, and celebrate their individuality. This sense of discovery and authenticity turned the activation into more than a retail showcase, it became a community-driven celebration of identity and style.

How do you take a luxury fashion magazine and a high-street retailer and bring them off the page, into the real world, in a way that feels inspiring? That was the challenge when Hearst asked us to help design the ELLE x Tu Style Stop &#8211; a nationwide activation designed to bridge the gap between editorial storytelling and shoppable style.
The brief: support in creating a pop-up series that showcased Tu’s new collection through ELLE’s editorial lens. The activation needed to inspire self-expression and reaffirm Tu as a go-to for fashion that is both trend-led and wearable. At its heart sat the campaign’s central belief: everyone deserves to find the style that makes them feel most themselves.

COACH approached us to help bring their out-of-home branded street art campaign to life at their flagship London store on Regent Street, in collaboration with renowned artist, Oker. For 24 hours only, the vibrant artwork was noticed and shared by hundreds of passers by on one of London’s busiest streets and circulated throughout social media and the press, including an interview with Oker on the installation by the Evening Standard.

Breaking the Luxury Mold for Coach

We developed and led the campaign from initial planning through to event delivery, acting as an embedded partner within the Business Leader team. Our focus was on creating a connected, story-led experience that positioned Growth 500 as a celebration of scale, ambition, and resilience in the UK business community.
A key challenge was increasing RSVP conversions across multiple audience segments within a tight timeframe of less than 6 weeks. We addressed this by implementing an adaptable communications strategy that responded in real time to engagement levels. Messaging was tailored for the Top 100, the broader 500, partners, and non-RSVP contacts through targeted CRM outreach based on insights gathered after each communications deployment. This flexible approach resulted in a strong conversion rate of 41%, with over 450 RSVPs and an 82% surpassing of the target.
We also coordinated all stakeholder activities, managed timelines and logistics, and produced comprehensive narrative and visual content, including teaser videos, nominee videos, winner videos, branded campaign assets, and speaker briefing materials. Additionally, we created a dedicated content series, &#8220;Growth Conversations,&#8221; which highlighted key voices from the Growth 500 community. This initiative not only provided Business Leader with a library of high-quality, evergreen content but also maintained campaign momentum long after the event.

The goal was to elevate Growth 500 beyond simply being a traditional ranking, and create a compelling story that would boost awareness, engagement, and drive community involvement at an awards ceremony at London’s Sky Garden.

Across two action-packed days, we created a dynamic courtside activation area that brought together the energy of 3X3 basketball, community, and self-expression. Fans and players engaged with five unique zones built for interaction and content creation:

Centre Court Viewing Tower

<li>A two-storey shipping container structure put fans right above the action, with the upper deck offering prime views of the 3X3 main court from the heart of JD’s activation zone. Wrapped with JD branding and a mural wall that guests could fill in throughout the weekend.</li>

Design Your Own
<ul>
<li>The lower deck of the viewing tower saw players and fans celebrate their creative freedom at JD’s customisation zone, where guests could customise Jordan x Nike merchandise with MattB Customs.</li>
</ul>
Jump Your Own Way
<ul>
<li>A Jordan-inspired, viral dunk moment, complete with full-size trampoline assistance, saw attendees pull off their own unique dunks for sharing across their socials.</li>

The Chill Zone
<ul>
<li>The ideal place to recharge between the weekend’s action, players, fans, and influencers alike could reset &amp; relax on benches and bean bags. The Chill Zone also doubled up as the backdrop for content creators and live interviews being shared on JD’s owned social channels.</li>

3-Point Challenge
<ul>
<li>Players stepped up to the JD 3-point challenge to sink as many shots as possible within the time limit, with a live leaderboard to be crowned the UK’s best shooter.</li>

Every year, Ball Out 3X3, the UK’s biggest 3X3 basketball tournament, unites the community through nationwide qualifiers before culminating in the London finals.
Now in its eleventh year, and with JD’s third as title sponsor, we were challenged to bring JD’s activation area to life across two days at Ball Out’s London final in Finsbury Park, and help drive their mission of championing youth culture and community.
Aligned with JD’s ‘Forever Forward’ campaign, our goal was to create a fresh activation that built on previous Ball Out events, engaged basketball’s diverse community, encouraged interactivity and self-expression, and cemented JD at the heart of UK youth culture.

This unforgettable night was captured on film to be released as KALEO: Viva Roma in the Shadow of the Colosseum. The documentary-concert film is the third chapter in the VERTIGO LIVE series, a set of epic music concerts produced in extraordinary places across the globe, with exclusive add-ons for superfans, including artist meet &amp; greets, their names added to the film credits and exclusive acoustic sets. Directed by GRAMMY &amp; EMMY nominated Giorgio Testi, the film will feature both the incredible concert and documentary footage, celebrating a decade of Icelandic legends &#8211; KALEO.

Name a more iconic concert backdrop than the Colosseum, we’ll wait…
In collaboration with music cinematic producer VERTIGO LIVE, we produced a breathtaking 10th-anniversary concert for GRAMMY-nominated band KALEO. Intimate and electric &#8211; this epic event gave 250 of the band’s biggest fans access to a ‘closed film set’ and the experience of a lifetime at the Roman Forum and Archeological Park of the Colosseum, in the shadow of the world-famous amphitheatre.

Producing a Landmark Live Performance Beneath the Colosseum

Nike &amp; ASOS challenged us to design and produce an immersive health and wellness experience. We created a four-day retreat, immersing ASOS and Nike customers, content creators and athletes in nurturing their health and fitness. 
Our concept was the ‘RE:SET Lab’, designed for burnt-out millennials after we identified this to be Nike and ASOS&#8217; target audience and an issue all too common in this demographic.

The user journey was designed around transitional storytelling with 5 key phases.
First, the HIIT room RE:ENERGISE to get heart rates pumping and endorphins flowing. Next up, RE:FORM &#8211; a calming yoga experience which enabled a moment of calm and encouraged guests to reconnect with their mind, body and soul, al set to the calming, meditative sounds of the Kora, an African harp played live by Kadilay Kouyate.
Guests then travelled through a wild, botanical tunnel, surrounded by birds singing and rambling greenery, emerging in a Japanese peace garden filled with luscious plants and serene water fountains. RE:MIND served as a meditation zone, creating a space for guests to feel centred and rejuvenated with our bespoke meditation practice.
Finally, RE:SET. To end the attendees&#8217; experience, the final space enabled guests to re-energise with nutritious foods to fuel the body and brain and to take away tangible tools and skills they can use at home to prioritise their health and wellbeing. Workshops included a terrarium session led by We Are Leafage, emphasising the importance of connecting with yourself and to nature and a scent and candle workshop by Earl of East.
Our digital Nike x ASOS platform enabled guests to pick out clothing and accessories from both brands to aid them in continuing their health and wellness journeys beyond the retreat.

Beating Burnout with Nike x ASOS

The immersive pop-up showcased multiple installations reinforcing Lancôme’s three core pillars: quality, science, and efficacy. The Idôle Lab unveiled the science behind the hero product’s unique formulation, with samples allowing guests to experience its exceptional quality. The masterclass space featured Lancôme’s professional makeup artists, who shared their coveted tips and the season’s hottest makeup trends, demonstrating Lancôme’s products in action. A charming café, offering coffee and delicious baked goods (even the butter was pink), added a delightful French touch.
The VIP opening on day one attracted beauty, fashion, and lifestyle influencers such as Weronika Sowa (3.6M followers), Joy Sunday (859K followers), and Steph Hui (1.5M followers). Celebrities including Michelle Keegan, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, and Adrienne Bailon-Houghton were also in attendance. Branded photo installations, a photo booth, and a message wall written in lipstick enabled Lancôme to reach a broad audience, garnering coverage from <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13528567/amp/Michelle-Keegan-epitome-chic-plunging-white-dress-stilettos-poses-stunning-snaps-Lanc-event.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Daily Mail</a> and industry publications like <a href="https://cosmeticsbusiness.com/lanc%C3%B4me-unveils-london-pop-up-in-covent-garden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cosmetics Business</a> and <a href="https://theindustry.beauty/lancome-to-celebrate-latest-launch-with-new-pop-up-in-london/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Industry Beauty</a>.
Idôle House, much like the Idôle range, embodied the French spirit and elegance, representing modern femininity. It made everyone who stepped inside feel like an idol in their own right, reaffirming Lancôme’s status as the world’s leading luxury beauty brand.

Napoleon Studio, renowned luxury content creators, tasked us with supporting a captivating and luxurious pop-up event for Lancôme, aimed at promoting their new Lip Idôle Butterglow. The brief demanded an exceptionally pink and stunningly beautiful immersive experience that encapsulated the essence of the new Idôle product and aligned with Lancôme’s brand messaging: enhancing women’s happiness through cosmetic innovation.
The pop-up needed to attract significant foot traffic and generate online buzz. The challenge was to craft an environment that not only highlighted the unique qualities of Idôle but also provided a multi-sensory experience, ensuring visitors left with a lasting impression of Lancôme’s excellence.

Creating Lancôme Idole House

We led the creative production from concept to completion, seamlessly blending Giorgio Armani’s signature style with the Hurlingham Club’s historic character. In The Lawn Pavilion, the team crafted a modern hospitality suite defined by clean lines, rich textures, and elegant lounge areas that felt both relaxed and luxurious. The Orangery embraced natural light and classic proportions, combining contemporary furnishings with heritage details to create an airy, sophisticated atmosphere.
In addition to the core hospitality spaces, Marble also produced premium brand activations on-site for Scott Dunn, Hilton Head Island, and The Four Seasons. Each activation was carefully designed to reflect the brands’ individual identities while feeling fully integrated into the event environment, further enhancing the guest experience and elevating the overall sense of luxury.

This was the question posed when Giorgio Armani partnered with IMG to produce the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic at the prestigious Hurlingham Club. The brief was to create a sophisticated environment that embodied the timeless style of Giorgio Armani while delivering a seamless guest experience for high-profile attendees. The event needed to feel both grand and intimate, balancing contemporary design with the club’s historic setting. Alongside designing and building two of the event’s main hospitality destinations, The Lawn Pavilion and The Orangery. We were also tasked with producing premium brand activations for Scott Dunn, Hilton Head Island, and The Four Seasons. Each element had to feel distinct yet cohesive, celebrating the event’s sporting spirit and luxury positioning in equal measure.

Game, Set, Match: Bringing the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic to Life

On day one of the activation, Tu’s brand identity was a mystery, with the space branded as  “The Showroom by Elle x WHO?”. Shoppers were invited to explore the unbranded edit, curated by ELLE UK’s Shopping Editor, Grace Clarke, heightening curiosity and anticipation about which brand was behind the beautiful collection. Popular guesses among guests were Odd Muse, Hush, H&amp;M, and Bershka. 
The highlight of the first day was An Evening with ELLE &#8211; a VIP experience for 50 influencer guests, including Nicole Ocran, YOTRI and Nimi Blackwell. During the event, we unveiled the Tu brand through a striking visual projection, produced in collaboration with our partner Indigo24. Subtle yet impactful brand elements, from signature cocktails to a bespoke photo moment, enhanced the reveal throughout the event. The evening included an insightful panel discussion on &#8216;Fashion, Diversity, and How to Dress for the Coming Season,&#8217; led by Candice Brathwaite and featuring Liv Little, Grace Julia Clark, and Katie Ballard. Live DJ sets from Born N Bread added to the evening of surprise shopping and socialising. Days two and three of the pop-up showcased the collection under the official Tu branding, transforming the shopper experience with a fresh perspective on the brand.

We designed a beautifully minimalist, monochrome space that allowed the fashion pieces to speak for themselves. Size inclusivity was a key priority for Tu, and we emphasised this by curating a diverse range of styles and sizes throughout the showroom and prominently in the shopfront. The brand reveal not only generated buzz but shifted preconceived notions about Tu, inspiring audiences to look and feel good whatever the label. 
By combining a seamless blend of anticipation and brand storytelling, we delivered a high-impact experience that redefined the way consumers engage with fashion retail.

Our partner Hearst approached us with a brief to collaborate on designing and producing a fashion pop-up in the heart of Soho for ELLE magazine in partnership with fashion brand &#8211; Tu. Our client’s objective was to create an innovative retail activation for ELLE x Tu’s Lose the Label campaign that played with consumer perceptions and delivered a bold brand reveal.
