Unforgettable parties showcasing and celebrating Digitain’s rapid growth in becoming an industry leader in iGaming.

The challenge

To produce a luxurious, unique party experience for Digitain employees and existing and potential clients to enjoy after attending ICE – an iGaming exhibition at The ExCel, of which Digitain were one of the major sponsors. After the seamless execution of our first ICE party in 2023, we were asked to produce the experience again in 2024.

We took over the entirety of Sushi Samba in the heights of Heron Tower, with 400 guests experiencing a fully immersive party across two floors, all set upon stunning views of central London.

The immersive entertainment ranged from LED dancers to hoop aerialists and disco ball contortionists, with our three DJs keeping the dance floor alive. The champagne wall kept the drinks flowing all night long whilst also bringing a touch of luxury, complemented by the reflections of our spectacular mirror ball installation that covered the entire venue. 

The Digitain branding was embedded throughout the event design, and guests enjoyed conversations with brand ambassador and legendary footballer Luis Figo.

To heighten the opulence for our second experience with Digitain, the guest list increased threefold, and the illustrious KOKO Theatre provided the perfect backdrop for our Moulin Rouge themed immersive experience.

Our choice of venue was deliberate, not just for KOKO Theatre’s effortless charm and iconic status, but also for its commitment to sustainability – running entirely on renewable energy. We made a conscious effort to repurpose items from the 2023 ICE Experience, including substantial elements like the photo wall and down to smaller details such as signage and wristbands. Emphasising roaming entertainment over excessive decor minimised the need for newly printed items. There was zero food waste generated from the event.

A red carpet greeted guests, with bespoke cocktails adorned with gleaming strings of pearls, setting the tone for a beautifully luxurious evening. From aerialists pouring bubbles to silk acrobats gracing every corner, entertainment filled the theatre. DJ Nathaniel infused the venue with rich, vibrant music, while brand ambassador Luis Figo curated interactive elements for the guest experience. Branded polaroids served as cherished mementoes, capturing the essence of this exceptional night. Our talented artists brought several mesmerising performances from the Moulin Rouge West End show to life.
