For the second year, Adyen entrusted us with producing The Adyen Experience – a vibrant in-person event for 220 merchants, prospects, and partners. The day needed to combine high-level insights into Adyen’s vision for 2025 with an atmosphere of connection and enjoyment. We made sure this wasn’t just another long conference of one-way conversations, instead, we prioritised creating a lively experience.
Battersea Power Station, one of London’s most iconic landmarks, set the stage for an unforgettable event, impressing guests from the moment they arrived. The venue’s standout features, including the famous Control Room, offered a unique and striking backdrop for networking over drinks, perfectly aligning with the event’s theme of innovation. The cinema room provided a fresh alternative to traditional boardroom settings, delivering a dynamic yet relaxed atmosphere for the main program. Product demos were seamlessly woven into the experience, highlighting real-world applications without the pressure of conventional sales pitches. Guests were also treated to the breathtaking Lift 109 experience, enjoying panoramic sunset views of the city.
