I work directly with the Directors and Senior Leadership Team to create and implement our company strategy, ensuring that our systems, processes and people work efficiently and harmoniously to support our client work as well as wider company strategy and goals.

I embed our sustainability efforts into Marble’s core and work with leaders within our business to ensure we demonstrate our values through our culture and our work.

Before Marble I worked across various industries from event catering to luxury advertising working mainly in start ups and SMEs, building foundations across all departments to support growth.
