My role’s mission ultimately is to make sure we achieve our company milestones. This means I firstly focus in on the now- the daily operations & people at the agency ensuring we are running as smoothly, effectively and are as happy as possible but, secondly, that we are continuously striving and pushing ourselves to reach the next target.

I Head up Sustainability at the agency growing out this department and mapping out what this looks like for Marble. I work very closely with Teddy on the Marble brand strategy, and like all my fellow founders a key focus is new business growth and opportunities.

In my early days of work I cut my teeth at a luxury events company Kasimira handling numerous high profile private parties, weddings & corporate events, both nationally and internationally. Crafting my client handling and project management skills during this time, seven years later in 2012 I took over Kasimira and set out on my journey as a business owner.  Merging with my business with Teddy and Darren’s in 2017 and later an acquiring Bassline Productions meaning Robbie joined the team. Throughout I have focussed on growth, operations and ensuring I create the right environment for team members to thrive.
