My drive and passion for running business comes ultimately from wanting to create an experience for both our clients and team that is second to none. I am driven by wanting clients to know ‘The Marble Experience’ from the exceptional client service and by them working with the great minds we have in the agency. I love our team’s approach to the work that comes to us, and ultimately the outcome they create. Building and maintaining this is what gets me to the office. Setting goals, reaching them and working alongside Teddy to define the future is such an exciting part of running an agency.

In my early days of work I cut my teeth at a luxury events company Kasimira – handling numerous high profile private parties, weddings & corporate events, both nationally and internationally. Crafting my client handling and project management skills during this time, seven years later in 2012 I took over Kasimira and set out on my journey as a business owner.  Merging with my business with Teddy and Darren’s in 2017 and later acquiring Bassline Productions meant that Robbie joined the team. We have worked together for over 10 years now, and whilst there is a lot of hard work on a daily basis we all are joined by our passion for music, food, festivals, exploration, travel and ultimately bringing people together. So it was always meant to be that we would build a group around people, and bringing people together in various mediums.
