I head up our leadership team and am responsible for the overall agency strategy. I oversee delivery of growth, performance &amp; brand recognition. I work very closely with my co founders to be able to accomplish this and especially so with Emi, our COO who is my long-term strategic collaborator.
I have 17 years of marketing &amp; sales experience of which 15 have been spent within MD or CEO roles. Ultimately I love the day to day hustle of business, the ability to change peoples lives for the better and the responsibility I have to them.

My role&#8217;s mission ultimately is to make sure we achieve our company milestones. This means I firstly focus in on the now- the daily operations &amp; people at the agency ensuring we are running as smoothly, effectively and are as happy as possible but, secondly, that we are continuously striving and pushing ourselves to reach the next target.
I Head up Sustainability at the agency growing out this department and mapping out what this looks like for Marble. I work very closely with Teddy on the Marble brand strategy, and like all my fellow founders a key focus is new business growth and opportunities.
In my early days of work I cut my teeth at a luxury events company Kasimira handling numerous high profile private parties, weddings &amp; corporate events, both nationally and internationally. Crafting my client handling and project management skills during this time, seven years later in 2012 I took over Kasimira and set out on my journey as a business owner.  Merging with my business with Teddy and Darren&#8217;s in 2017 and later an acquiring Bassline Productions meaning Robbie joined the team. Throughout I have focussed on growth, operations and ensuring I create the right environment for team members to thrive.

I head up Marble Private and Marble Structures &#8211; two of our sister agencies in The Marble Group, working on strategy and growth.
Within Marble I spend my time with new prospective clients whilst working with my co founders ensuring growth across the agency. Practically, I lead from a board level on logistics, delivering globally across the group. I have spent nearly two decades in the experience sector.
I began running club nights at university and before co-founding Marble I ran a successful stretch tent business for seven years, focused on the festival sector and this is where I fell in love with the industry. I love problem solving, quick thinking and keeping the wheels constantly turning. Never a problem, always a solution!
