The challenge

We’ve been working with Founders Forum since 2018 to engage their community of global tech entrepreneurs, CEOs and key investors from the tech ecosystem.

A landmark occasion in the tech calendar, uniting secretaries of state, founders and CEOs with 20 hours of content across 6 stages.

We were bought on to become an extension of the Founders Forum’s communications and events team to project manage their annual two day London conference, the biggest of their worldwide events. The events included their main day conference, the evening Gala and Velocity Black sponsored the after-party. At all three we were also tasked with the creative design, the physical build through our production team, plus the technical production at the Gala dinner and Velocity Black whilst managing the main day technical partner.

After a very successful first year, we were brought onto Founders Forum 2019 as their official event partner to again support the communications and events team on the biggest of their worldwide events. This included design, production, project management and operations for all three events over the two days: the Gala Dinner, main day conference and conference after-hours party.

As a result of its scale and content, the Founders Forum 2021 generated a 192m press reach, 60k social media reach, and over 100 thank you emails from guests with overwhelmingly positive feedback.
