As the Project Director at Marble you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, international projects for high-profile corporate clients. Working within a fast-paced experiential agency environment, you’ll take the reins on a flagship account—managing end-to-end project delivery, building trusted client relationships, and driving creative, seamless, and impactful event experiences across global markets. You will thrive on big-picture thinking, flawless execution, and high-energy collaboration.

<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">8+ years in event/project management within experiential, brand experience, or live events agencies.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale international events, preferably for corporate clients.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across production, creative, logistics, and content, manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Strong background in client-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Hands-on experience managing significant budgets (often in the millions) with strong commercial awareness.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Familiarity with corporate brand protocols and compliance, especially for global businesses.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, often with international travel.</li>

Marble is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Account Director to lead one of our key corporate technology clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for both their internal communications and CSR programmes. You will lead a team to implement multi channel campaigns that include employee and community engagement, in person events and engaging content development. This role requires a seasoned client leader with a strong understanding of the complexities of large corporations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client management skills, deep strategic thinking, keen eye for details and outstanding team leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership: Serve as the senior point of contact for the client, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for building relationships across the organisation to develop the account and expand our offerings to other areas of the business.
Strategic Development: Develop and execute a high-impact communications strategy aligned with the client’s business objectives and brand values.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing comms, marketing and insights team, ensuring collaboration, creativity, and excellence in execution.
Stakeholder Management: You will have strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate potentially complex situations and be able to translate requirements into deliverables that meet the client’s expectations.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and implementation of campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, innovative, and measurable.
Strategic thinking: Curate strategic propositions for the client that meet their short term and long term objectives while continuing to seek potential opportunities for partnership.
Performance &amp; Reporting: Track and measure the impact of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future work.
Budget Management: Be responsible for managing a large and complex budget straddling multiple client programs
