STRATEGY + MARKETING + CREATIVE + EXPERIENCE

We Believe in
The Power of Showing Up.

At Marble, showing up means more than just being present – It’s the difference between the mundane and the memorable, between a crowd and a community, between creating and caring – where moments become movements.

Whether we’re building immersive experiences, crafting meaningful stories, or collaborating across teams and cultures, we create spaces where people connect, feel something, and remember.

We lead with big ideas, but we’re doers at heart – because when people truly show up, that’s when the magic happens.

Our story

Teddy Watt, CEO

Emi, Robbie, Darren and I built Marble on a foundation of friendship and a shared vision to create experiences without borders. After more than a decade in the industry, we still feel like we’re only getting started.

In a rapidly changing, technology-led world and an increasingly fragmented marketing landscape, there has never been a more poignant time for the experience-led work we do at Marble, with human connection and community feeling more important than ever.

Marble was founded on the belief that our shared sector experience, stemming from the UK festival scene (we still own two within the family) and luxury communications could be brought together to create an agency that represented change makers, championed connection, and enriched lives –  commercially, socially, and creatively.

That same ethos still rings true for Marble today, and is reflected across our sister agencies – Marble Private, specialising in private events, and Lumix, a procurement tool shifting the paradigm for event planners globally.

Our early careers were shaped by shaky experiences during the 2008 financial crisis, which set us on our own paths. Emi ran a luxury comms boutique. Myself and Darren built an events & production company steeped in the creative sector, and Robbie founded a technical production outfit embedded in festival culture. We ended up collaborating on many projects, and it quickly became clear that we shared the same goals, values and, importantly, care for what we do.

We shared an international vision of the world and wanted to act on that stage for a global community. Having all grown up in rural areas we also shared, in all honesty, a sense of guilt of contributing to the problem, trapped between a need to work, earn and create but not wanting to mess anything up more than we found it. This vision has remained with us from the start, and in 2025 we became a certified B Corp, a reflection of our continued efforts toward a more sustainable industry.

We believe business is the single biggest tool for change. Our ethos is always people-first, and we know that showing up for and working with real changemakers is the best use of the tools at our disposal, to give them a global voice.
