Emi Perez Fragero, our COO and Co Founder shares –
“What started as a personal commitment from each of our four founders has grown into a company-wide ethos over the past decade.
We founded Marble with the belief that our shared backgrounds, rooted in the UK festival scene and luxury communications, could be brought together to produce an agency that represented change makers who drive positive impact for both humankind and the planet.
In an industry often characterised by a throwaway culture, our ‘why’ has always been clear: to be part of the solution. Having all grown up in rural areas we also shared, in all honesty, a sense of guilt of contributing to the problem, trapped between a need to work, earn and create but not wanting to leave things worse than we found them.
Our team’s motivations range from a love of nature and firsthand experiences of being affected by climate change, to ensuring that our children and future generations can enjoy the wonders of our world.
It’s our responsibility to back businesses that have the power to change the world. Our aim is to influence positive change, and Marble is our platform to achieve that.”

“We believe creativity and business are among the most powerful tools for change.
It would be greenwashing to say that every event we deliver is completely sustainable, in fact there is a long way to go — but we take responsibility for curating our experiences as consciously as possible. That means holding ourselves accountable and pushing ourselves and our clients to continually improve.
We embed sustainability throughout the entire creative process so that it becomes a living, breathing part of the experience. For every project, we produce event impact reports that assess an event’s footprint — from energy and water use, to materials, suppliers, transport, and location — all mapped against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
We recognise that many of our clients are under increasing pressure to meet their own sustainability targets. That’s why we aim to make the process feel empowering, by educating our clients and demystifying the practical steps. We take on the operational load to help them achieve their goals both locally and internationally while reducing environmental impact and creating positive social outcomes.
Since June 2023, we’ve offset 229 tonnes of CO₂ — equivalent to the emissions from charging 27 million smartphones. That investment has since supported reforestation projects covering over 251,000 square metres of land.”

Our B Corp Certification comes at a time when the climate crisis and social inequality continue to pose urgent challenges to our economy. The certification process is rigorous, assessing an entire business across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. Companies must provide evidence of their performance and legally embed their commitment to purpose, not just profit, into their company articles.
Chris Turner, executive director of B Lab UK, says:
“We are delighted to welcome Marble to the B Corp community. This is a movement of companies that are committed to changing how business operates and believe business really can be a force for good. We know that Marble is going to be a fantastic addition to the community and will continue driving the conversation forward.”
We are now part of a global community of over 9,700 Certified B Corporations. The B Corp community in the UK is one of the largest and fastest-growing in the world, with more than 2,500 companies across industries and sizes — including The Guardian, Innocent Drinks, Patagonia, Tony’s Chocolonely, The Big Issue, Finisterre, Elemis, and Sipsmith Gin.
