Say hello!
As 2021 draws to a close, at Marble we’re looking forward to continuing the experiential buzz as we move in 2022… and with eight new team members on board! Find out more about each of the newbies and how their role contributes to an enormous period of growth for our agency.

The experience team welcomed Annabel Wilkinson, who has joined Marble as an Account Director. Annabel joins us with a wealth of experience having produced immersive experiences across the globe including Singapore, Dubai and the States.
Annabel has been excited to “work with all the departments across many different pitches, getting stuck in with creative ideation and exploring new brands.”. When she’s not at Marble HQ you will never find Annabel far from a festival, immersive experience or exhibition, and she brings with her a joy and passion for live experience which translates excellently into strong creative ideas. Annabel will be looking after large accounts across B2B and B2C – and never without a cup of earl grey in hand.

Also joining the experience team is Rebecca Petrescu who joins us as a Senior Account Manager, having previously worked with brands such as Nike, Levi’s, Amazon and Red Bull. Becca brings a passion for events and live experience. In her words, she wanted to join Marble because of the “visible focus on culture and agency life and the great vibe from everyone during the interview process.”
Becca will be conceptualising and delivering projects across the commercial sector, with some of our key accounts including Henkel dx Ventures and Founders Forum, as well as our private clients. In fact, in her third week in the team, she had already jetted off to Berlin where she delivered Henkel Xathon 2021!

Our third new starter in the experience team is Maryam Samad, who is our newest Junior Event Assistant. She will be working with our Account Directors to pitch for, conceptualise and design, as well as project manage live events across the B2B and B2C sectors.
Maryam says, “I was so excited to come to Marble as I was looking to broaden my horizons and really engage with all different types of events. The thing that really drew me to Marble was the prospect of working with a team that champions an excellent team culture, and the high standard Marble sets for the industry.” Maryam brings experience working across corporate international events to the table, as well as a wicked sense of humour and a never-ending supply of snacks.

We’re also welcoming Marina Lawrence, who joins us as an intern in the experience team. Marina assists the department working across brand activations, fashion events, conferences and interactive experiences. She joined us in September of this year, after discovering Marble and loving the “super exciting, innovative and friendly environment” of our agency. Marina brings enthusiasm to every project and is looking forward to building her experience in the industry and getting involved in every project that gets thrown her way!

Expanding and heading up the comms team is Nives Zver, who has joined Marble as an Account Director. Within her role, Nives is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of exciting clients and assisting with strategies and frameworks bringing meaning and context to our pitches and delivery.
Nives is always on top of market trends, ensuring that Marble’s clients are receiving the best service possible including working closely with other departments to provide a 360-degree service. Outside of her professional life, Nives was previously an esteemed Latin American dancer, but can now be found training to fight in kickboxing tournaments (thereby making her Marble’s unofficial security guard!)

Joining Nives in the growing comms department is Amelia Parmiter, Marble’s new Account Manager. Having previously lived in New York, working for The Wall Street Journal, Amelia has spent the last year working in campaign marketing, and more recently for The New Scientist magazine.
Speaking of her decision to join Marble, Amelia said, “I had been wanting to make the move over to the agency side for a few years and Marble had the perfect combination of culture as well as an amazing and varied portfolio of work. To create great work you need a great team around you and the Marble family definitely ticks that box!” As Account Manager, Amelia will be responsible for implementing and managing a wide range of marketing strategies, activities and briefs from our portfolio of clients.

The marketing department was also very pleased to welcome Melanie Parkinson to the team, who has joined Marble as Marketing Manager. She is responsible for designing, curating and implementing marketing campaigns across the company.
Melanie brings a background of events and marketing experience to the role. “It is such an exciting time to join the growing marketing team at Marble, with so much going on with the agency and projects on the horizon next year I can’t wait to be part of the action.” Within her role Melanie is looking after Marble’s communications strategy including our social media, blogs and website content, showcasing all the amazing work the team is doing.

Last and certainly not least, we welcome Hal Orchard who joins us as Marble’s Senior Technical and Production Manager, delivering tech and production elements for the experiential team. Hal brings his experience working within production houses where he was responsible for technical teams and the multi-million pounds worth of kit on a daily basis.
“It is a really exciting prospect working for an agency with such a fantastic client base. No event is the same and every event needs a team of amazing creative individuals to execute a faultless client experience.” Within his new role, Hal is keen to push the technical boundaries creating awesome events for our clients.
2021 has been a fantastic year of growth for our agency with new starters joining and promotions within our existing team. We are excited for the career growth of the team in 2022 alongside some exciting projects in the pipeline!
